Soldering paste from Felder
One soldering paste from the Felder product-range ist the article ISO-Cream EL 5510 BLEIFREI. The solder paste ISO-Cream ® "EL 5510" – LEAD-FREE is a homogenous, ready-made odourless mixture of metal powder, bonding agents, solvents, fluxes and thixotropic agents. ISO-Cream "EL 5510" – LEAD-FREE possesses all positive properties of nickel and germanium endowment like e. g. the refinement of the alloy structural condition and increase of the crack strain.

Felder produces the complete range of lead-free electronic solders.

ISO-Core RA bleifrei:
For fine soldering in electronics, electrical engineering as well as in telecommunications and electric motorconstruction. FELDER ISO-Core- solder wires are produced similar to FELDER ISO-Tin- electronic grade solder alloys using the same high-purity alloy components according to international standards. The fluxing agents are characterised by their high thermal stability and the fact that they do not spatter during reflow! The light, solid flux residue of the solder wires does not cause corrosion with nonferrous metals. As a result, they do not have to be removed from the soldered joint. Our RA-AT was especially developed for mechanical soldering with short cycle times and high soldering temperatures.
ISO-Tin bleifrei SN99Ag+:
After a successful market launch of the new NiGe-patented alloys ISO-Tin Sn100Ni+ and ISO-Tin Sn99Ag+ for the wave soldering process, Felder is also offering electronic solders with their outstanding properties to HASL-users now. These solders endowed with nickel and germanium, which are produced according to the patent of Fuji-Electric Co., Ltd., Japan, have already been used many years in HASL-process in the Japanese and Asian market, respectively. Many European PCB manufacturers have already identified and realised these advantages.
