Founded in 1995 by Sehat Sutardja and Weili Dai, Marvell Technology Group is a manufacturer of semiconductor products as well as storage and telecommunication products. Headquartered in Hamilton, Bermuda and Santa Clara, California with over 7,000 employees headed by Matt Murphey, the company achieved sales of $ 3.707 billion.

Further research and development sites are located in Aliso Viejo, Colorado, Massachusetts and San Diego, worldwide in Germany, Switzerland, Israel, Japan, Singapore and Taiwan as well as sales offices, also various subsidiaries.
